Emerald Coast Junior Golf Tour

The Emerald Coast Junior Golf Tour (herein after known as ECJG Tour) reserves the right to accept, decline or withdraw any entry at any time. Accepted entries shall be subject to the rules and regulations set forth for all ECJG Tour competitions as well as any guidelines in place by the host facility.

I understand and affirm that the ECJG Tour, tournament staff and course owners and/or operators are not liable for any accidents or injuries suffered while participating in ECJG Tour-sponsored events. By completing the registration process, I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the ECJG Tour and its agents, representatives and volunteers from any damages suffered by me, my family or my child while participating in, or traveling to or from any program conducted by the ECJG Tour.

By entering this ECJG Tour-administered event, all participants and their parents/guardians agree that there are certain risks and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks, including, but not limited to, any health-related risks and injury. Participants, and their parents/guardians, acknowledge and accept responsibility for maintaining their own personal safety, including but not limited to, utilizing their own personal protective equipment (PPE), practicing social distancing, and sanitizing themselves if they contact people or surfaces. All participants also understand that there is currently a risk of contracting COVID-19 at an ECJG Tour-administered event and accept personal responsibility and sole liability for that risk. 

I authorize the ECJG Tour to release my child’s scores and photographs to any newspaper, golf publication, golf website, golf organization or college golf coach. I have read and agree to the terms set forth.
